Popular Pastor and General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye has commented on the current situation facing the country.
Nigeria is facing serious economic challenges with increasing inflation rate, hardship following the removal of subsidy on petrol which has put the price of the product at N145 per litre.
The nation is also battling terrorism in the north-east, agitation for Biafra nation in south-east and Niger-Delta militants in Niger-Delta region.
Speaking on his verified Facebook page, Pastor Adeboye said what Nigeria is facing is global. He added that children of God who give will not lack in this trouble time.
“Let me tell you the truth, the problems we are facing now in Nigeria is global not just Nigeria alone but the children of God, will grow fat. Those who have been giving can now go and withdraw from their account with God. #GiveLiveEatDie,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) as well as their civil society allies has given President Muhammadu Buhari three days to reverse the increase pump price of petrol to N86 per litre or face indefinite strike action.
