Myth; only women have mood swings, it’s a lie from the pit of hell. Women are not the only ones men are also emotional being just that men’s mood swings are less dramatic.
Imagine laughing with someone this minute and the next they are angry and unhappy. Its really not the best cause if you don’t know, you have also contaminated the other person’s mood. Some other people would say I am part of those people anyways,”ehn,someone got me angry’ and so, that innocent person should suffer for that person’s lapse, ehn its not the best. No body should bear the brunt of your own unhappiness. You chose to be unhappy,other innocent people shouldn’t join the train.This has affected lots of relationships,not only the boy -girl relationship.it will affect your relationship with your friends,family, roommate (if you have one) and the society,because whenever you have mood swings,you tend to be less productive. Note: everyone has one or two things going on in their lives,so stop being selfish,acting as if the whole world must revolve around you.BIKO.
So I made a list of things I feel could be of help to us all,ENJOY. And please,if you have any comments, suggestions pls feel free to leave one or two in the comment section.TANCHIU.
1). Distract yourself: once you notice there’s is a transition in your mood.I recommend that you think of all the wonderful things,that has happened in your life.it will lighten your mood.,Think of that girl crush,think of that guy crush,think of that beautiful cloth..mehn,there are so many things that has happened in our lives except we choose to be ungrateful.Think of it,laugh hard if you have to.
2). Talk to a friend: yes! talk to a trusted friend.it works,a problem shared half solved.
3).Exercise: just take a walk,it will elevated your mood.
4). Do what makes you happy : Eat,sleep,watch movies, hang out.Ladies doll up your pretty face and take 50 selfies,dem no dey catch person and lastly DO YOU.
