-#GloriaIsaac: Is the law of Karma true?
A lot of persons have asked questions and misunderstood the notion of Karma. The cycle of Karma is the idea that everything in our life takes place as a result of our past actions and that our present actions affect the future.
So, what is Karma?
Karma is a vedic science, with its roots in India. It is a universal law, just like gravity is a law of nature. If you cause harm to someone, you’ll be harmed at some point. Karma is the notion that life is guided by a system of cause and effect, action and reaction.
Science has discovered that everything in nature obeys laws, natural laws. These natural laws are impartial.
The law of Karma states that as you sow, you shall reap; that your world is one hundred percent the result of your bad deeds, words and thoughts. Good or bad actions create tendencies in the mind, which will later lead to more action or Karma.
Then, why do good things happen to bad people and bad things to good people?
I know there are times when people hurt you and you don’t retaliate saying that Karma will get the job done. The truth is that Karma is more meaningful in our human life to make us better people. If you truly understand how Karma works, you’ll let go of a lot of things. The bad thoughts you have about your life will disappear when you realize that you caused everything that’s happening to you right now.

This is very sad, and yet, liberating. It means that you have the power of a positive reaction, no matter the situation. It’s beyond blaming yourself or other people, or judging people when something bad happens to them. It’s more on the side of humility; an understanding that maybe you once hurt someone.
Many people don’t know that understanding Karma is also a key to live better. For instance, if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, genuinely help others to become entrepreneurs. This will create positive Karma for you, and give to you the opportunities you’re creating for others… Karma isn’t all about the bad side.
The law of Karma is about choice. Whether we believe it or not, it affects us. However, the principles can help us live better lives.
